Poshan Tracker is an ICT based governance tool under Saksham Anganwadi and Mission Poshan 2.0. It was rolled out in 2021 to monitor progress of Mission Poshan 2.0 in near real-time basis. Technology under Poshan Tracker is being leveraged for dynamic identification of stunting, wasting, under-weight prevalence among children; and last mile tracking of nutrition service delivery. Poshan Tracker is available in 24 languages including Hindi and English. The mobile application also digitizes and automates the physical registers used by Anganwadi Worker which helps in improving their quality of work.
